How can we help you?

Orders

Where can I find the combination order?

Answer

The order type 'combination order' is available for option contracts trading on Euronext.

If you're on a desktop, hover your cursor over the 'Place Order' button that is located at the top right corner and select 'Combination order' from the dropdown menu.

If you are using our mobile app, click on the blue circle with a white + in it to place an order. Click on 'Other orders' under the search bar and select 'Combination order'.

Please be aware that by minimising your screen on a desktop, the platform will change to the mobile app lay-out and the location of the ‘Combination order’ will change.

  • A combination order on our platform allows you to trade two legs through a single order. For option strategies that contain more than two legs, additional combination or single option order(s) can be placed.
  • Check your strategy and the quotes of both options series when editing the limit price of your open (combination) order as market conditions may have changed in the meantime.
  • Check the contract specifications on the exchange website.
  • Find the fees per option contract in our Fee Schedule.

What are the risks involved in investing in options?

Before you invest in options, it is important that you first learn what the options are, but more importantly, that you understand the risks. Options and other complex products are not intended for beginning investors and some strategies are more advanced than others.

While some of the options strategies mentioned intend to limit risk, if the strategy is not carried correctly, you run the risk of losing your entire investment or more. You should only invest in products that match your knowledge and experience and are suitable for your investment plan.
