Why can’t I withdraw my full balance?

You can only withdraw uninvested cash from your DEGIRO account. These are the funds held in your Cash Account.

If part of your balance is invested in positions or held in other currencies, you cannot withdraw it directly.

Your account balance includes:

• ? Portfolio positions
• ? Cash in your Cash Account
• ? Cash held in other currencies

 Steps to withdraw your full balance:

1. ? Sell your positions if you want to withdraw all funds.
2. ? Convert any remaining funds to your base currency if needed.
3. ✔️ Ensure the amount is available in your Cash Account.

Once your funds are available as uninvested cash, you can request a withdrawal to your linked bank account.
