Where can I find the details of my Cash Account?

The bank details of your personal flatex Cash Account, such as the IBAN and BIC number, are displayed in the platform when you go to make a manual deposit. How to do this depends on the version of our platform you're using.

1. Log in to your account
2. Click on the 'Deposit/Withdraw' button at the top right corner of your screen
3. Select 'Transfer EUR to DEGIRO (SEPA Payment)'

1. Log in to your account.
2. Tap on the menu in the top left corner
3. Select 'Deposit/Withdraw'
4. Choose 'Transfer EUR to DEGIRO (SEPA Payment)'

The bank details available after opening the manual deposit screen are:

  • Name of beneficiary - this is the name in which the bank account is registered
  • IBAN - this is the bank account number
  • BIC - this is the Bank Identification Number which is used to identify the recipient bank for an international transfer
  • Bank name - the name of the bank where your cash account is held
  • Bank address - the address of the bank where your cash account is held

Note: Deposits can only be made from the primary linked bank account.
