Is crypto trading available 24/7?

Yes, crypto trading is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note that this excludes mandatory server restarts around midnight and general maintenance windows. 

Additionally, while you can trade crypto around the clock, our Service Desk is available during normal business hours from 08:00 to 22:00. Outside of our support hours, you can still access our Help Centre and FAQs for general inquiries.
