How do I refer a friend?
You can easily refer a friend by sharing a personal invitation link, directly from your account. Just follow the steps below.
When can I expect to receive my bonus?
Once your friend has opened an account using your link, they will have three months to accumulate €5 in transaction fees and/or handling costs. Once they've reached this threshold, the €50 bonus will be credited to your account within three months.
I've already referred a friend, why haven't I received my bonus?
If it's been more than three months since your friend has accumulated €5 in transaction fees and/or handling costs, first check your Account statement (✉️ Inbox --> Account statement) for any transactions with the description 'DEGIRO Member get Member Promotion'. If you don't see any results, it's likely that not all conditions have been met. It's therefore helpful to double check with your friend that they have indeed accumulated the applicable fees (please note that not all fees are eligible for this promotion) within the specified timeframe. If everything appears to be correct, please get in touch with us, and we will look into it for you.
